From the next financial year, the policy of purchasing electric vehicles will be taken in government offices. Presenting the policy and program for the financial year 2080/81, President Ramchandra Paudel said that the government offices will adopt a policy of purchasing electric vehicles.
President Ram Chandra Poudel said that arrangements will be made for electric transportation in the city. He said that technology to convert gas, diesel and petrol-powered vehicles into electric vehicles will be given priority with concessions.
